• Rezoning and tax breaks are set to transform East Harlem. “The epicenter of redevelopment is going to be around Lexington Avenue and 125th Street,” real estate broker John McGuinness told Bloomberg, calling it "probably the most neglected area around an express train in all of Manhattan.” He also believes the old Pathmark will one day turn into a Trader Joe's or Fairway.
