Film crews were back in Harlem today shooting scenes for Season 2 of the Epix series "Godfather of Harlem."

Vintage cars were parked at the southern end of Marcus Garvey Park near the iconic Mount Morris Fire Watchtower, where crew members were preparing the set.

Part of the production was also encamped along the brownstone-lined streets just west of the park.

The TV series, based on real-life mobster Bumpy Johnson (played by Forest Whitaker), is set in 1960s Harlem.

The first season sees Bumpy returning from prison and fighting the Italian mob to take back control of his neighborhood.

Season 2, set to be released in April 2021, will continue Bumpy's tale over 10 episodes.
