Hot yoga chain Fierce Grace has a new space in Harlem.

The British-based brand debuted its third New York studio in July, taking over the former Bikram Yoga Harlem space at 518 W 145th Street between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway.

Occupying the entire second floor, the newly renovated space includes a large, heated studio facing the street, plus a meditation room as well as men's and women's changing rooms with showers.

The style of slow yoga, generally practiced in temperatures between 95 and 100 Fahrenheit (but can go even higher, depending on the teacher), includes a mix of Ashtanga, Hatha and more.

The uptown studio offers a range of classes, from The Fix, billed as a "great maintenance yoga class" (TCU attended a recent class where the temperature reached 106 Fahrenheit) to the Classic 60, a traditional hot yoga class.
