Sephora's first Harlem store is set to open this Friday, July 19.
The beauty retailer will be located on the ground floor of the glossy new Urban League Empowerment Center development at 121 W 125th Street between Lenox Avenue and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard.
"After much anticipation, we are thrilled to contribute to the beauty that is Harlem, USA!" reads a recent post on the shop's new Instagram account.
This comes as the popular beauty chain continues to push its Accelerate incubator program, which supports emerging BIPOC-owned brands such as Teri Johnson's Harlem Perfume Co. in its 2024 cohort.
Opening day events include a ribbon cutting at 9:30am and other festivities.
