• The developer behind Harlem's One45 housing plan, who turned the property into a truck depot after local councilwoman Kristin Richardson Jordan promised to block the project, has resubmitted his proposal to the city. • The Harlem Bazaar, an open air market featuring small businesses that debuted last year in the State Office Building Plaza, has a new schedule this year.
